Your order is dispatched immediately if it has been placed before 11:00 in the morning and if the products are available. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. If the payment is made by deposit to a bank account, the shipment is made after the deposit is confirmed.
If the product is not immediately available, the shipment of the order will take place on the next working day of its entry into our warehouse.
To avoid additional shipping charges, the order is fulfilled when all products included in it are available.
In case of bad weather conditions, during periods of increased demand (full season), strikes and other factors due to third parties or depending on the region, the receipt may be delayed for 1-2 days.

SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE
The delivery of your order is made by a representative of the company if you are in Attica or by a cooperating Courier company. Receive within 2-3 working days in Attica and within 3-4 days in the rest of Greece.
Shipping Costs
- For shipping within Greece and for weight up to 2 kg, the costs are €4. For each additional kilo the fee is 1€/kilo and in such a case, we will inform you of the additional cost.
- For purchases over €100, shipping costs are free.
- Payment by Cash on Delivery is charged with an additional €3.
- In case of a return, the shipping cost is borne by our company, if it is our mistake or a defective product. However, in the event that an order is sent correctly and with the codes you selected and is returned to change a code, then the shipping costs are borne by you.
For very large or heavy products sent by carrier, the cost is determined after consultation.
SHIPPING TO CYPRUS
Your order is delivered by a partner Courier company. Receive within 3-4 working days.
Shipping Costs
- For shipping to Cyprus the costs are €16. For each additional kilo the fee is 4€/kilo and in such a case, we will inform you of the additional cost.

Shipments are carried out in cooperation with the General Postal Company or via ELTA. Our company is not responsible for any shipping delay by the courier. In case of obvious abuse of the parcel upon receipt, the buyer must inform us before receiving the parcel in order to have the right to refund the money or send a new parcel. Our company does not recognize any damage or loss of items in the event that the buyer has accepted delivery.
PICK UP FROM THE STORE
You can pick up your order from our physical store at no extra cost.
To avoid unnecessary travel and possible inconvenience, please ensure that you receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been prepared before coming to the store or confirm with us by phone.
Product availability
Our company does everything possible so that the items displayed in its online store are immediately available.
In the event that an item is not available, an update is made by phone, regarding the details and delivery time.
If you do not agree with the delivery time, you can cancel your order (in this case a full refund will be given if you have already paid for your order) and register a new one if you wish.
